Main Purpose of Job
We have an exciting opportunity on our Marketing team for a Senior Brand Manager, Supplements & Complements. The Senior Manager will generate a vision for his or her segments portfolio and an action plan to drive growth, with bold innovation, detailed execution, and excellent day to day brand management basics. This person will be responsible for establishing the US Supplements & Complements portfolio as a strong pillar of growth emerging to supply 12% for the Infant Formula & Supplements business by:
Co-create a vision and develop 3-year plan and strategies for Gerber's Supplements & Complements portfolio to drive balanced business growth.
Accelerate innovation and launch approved I&R - Pipeline, this includes brand asset development, packaging design, route-to-market and agency, management, as well as business model optimization and ongoing analysis in new launch segments/categories.
Accountable for driving year-on-year growth through the activation of a coordinated D2C, digital, shopper and medical of multiple brands in multiple categories, with key focus on core business (Infant & Kids Probiotics).
Identify, test and develop business opportunities from business case to viable and balanced commercial propositions for additional white space benefit platforms.
Develop annual marketing plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns & programs, spanning from digital, shopper, medical and CRM
Drive HCP recommendation for Gerber Probiotic Supplements, in close collaboration with the Medical Marketing, Medical Sales & Operations, in order to drive relevance and share growth in the segment
Activate PFME against strong D2C with Medical Sales pull-through
Accelerate innovation and launch planned I&R pipeline
Develop strong and compelling claims.
Responsible for analyzing information to support the development of a 12 -18 month sales & operations planning product forecast at the category level for new and existing products.
Implementation of the communication & customer acquisition strategy
Participation in the workshops, development and implementation of BEP process for Gerber Good Start with all relevant partners.
Support Customer Line Reviews and New Item Presentations with a successful marketing selling story
Talent & culture development:
Management of activities for direct report: assigning project's, ensure prioritization of workload to deliver results on time and within budget.
Development and career path for direct report: mentor, feedback, functional training, recognition and rewards, providing visibility of the team to Sr. management.
Promotion of a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Requirements and minimum education level:
EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor's Degree. MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 7 to 10 years marketing experience in increasingly responsible positions working on FMCG or Healthcare brands
VITAMINS, MINERALS and/or NUTRITION CATEGORY: understanding of the focus, benefits, consumer/HCPs insights and commercial insights that drive the strategy of a Nutrition/functional benefit driven business
MEDICAL MARKETING: Solid understanding and working knowledge to influence strategy and execution.
LEADERSHIP: Experience in committing to results through management of cross-functional internal and external teams
OTHER proficiencies: Experience working with Co-mans, Knowledge Financial / P&L Management; Knowledge Supply Chain & Commercial Operations
