Are you a visionary leader with a passion for IT and a knack for creative problem-solving? Nestlé is seeking a dynamic individual to join our IT Platforms Integration M&A team in either Milan or Barcelona Global IT Hubs. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of technical leadership for M&A projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the successful integration of companies acquired into the Nestlé environment.

• Ensure a smooth separation process for companies sold by Nestlé, with a focus on data security and standards.

• Help manage standalone subsidiaries within Nestlé to optimize their IT environment and spending.

• Analyze, improve, and innovate processes and procedures, develop new products or services to enhance the mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures IT process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a background in Network, System/Server administration, or SAP.

• A proven track record of leading major projects and programs with increasing responsibilities.

• Demonstrated leadership in complex projects using agile methodologies.

Experience:

• Working effectively and efficiently with global virtual teams.

• Managing cultural diversity and operating in a matrixed organization.

• Influencing skills and stakeholder management in a project/program management role.

• Facilitating issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment.

• Communicating effectively at various organizational levels and in English.
