• Undergraduates or graduates in engineering or equivalent. Theoretical knowledge (university level) about Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies (Short work experience in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus)

Main Purpose of the Job

As a support of Senior Export planner you will support to deliver the goods manufactured in our factory in Italy to the Nestlé Partners around the World with the objective to maintain the optimal stock cover level with in the receiver’s warehouse to meet customer demand at optimal cost.

Participate in the implementation of projects to improve inter-functional supply chain processes with the objective of reducing total delivered costs. Development of reporting and analytical tools in Demand & Supply area. Collaboration with the category DSP teams in the day-to-day ensuring supply activities.

Key Outputs / Deliverables

• Propose deliveries that optimize trucks while maintaining the right level of stock in the receiver’s locations.

• Support team in creation of deliveries and other transactional activities.

• Follow up readiness to Export new Products

• Identify opportunities to reduce cost (reducing inventory or increase truck saturation)

• Integrate processes with Information System applications (SAP) to reduce manual activities and improve automation.

• Implement processes improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time saving, increased efficiencies, etc.)

• Production planning, Logistics and Transport

• Demand and IMS planners in the Markets

What will make you successful

• Management engineering degree or equivalent

• Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations

• Good knowledge of Excel, Power bi (SAP is a plus)

• Strong communication and relational skills

• Collaborate proactively with innovative and constructive approach

• Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis

• Fluent English and Italian
