Minimum 3 years of working experience in Administration, Corporate Coordinator or related roles
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Weekly Sales Review (WSR)
Update actual number in LE file and send out to all NSM Grocery
Gather LE numbers and fill in WSR form
Release LE file to SLT and others
At the start of each month, get target number and setting new month file
Update Actual last month & last year
Send new month file to Sales Controller, to update NNS
Issuing PR/PO for department for eCommerce team, Outsource payment, In-Store Vision team (incase vacancy), General CDT PO
Managing meeting calendar and schedules i.e. MBP process meeting and IC meeting
Meeting room reservation for CDT meeting & monthly meetings
Managing Corporate CDT Manager’s schedule, meeting traffic, T&E, and Air Ticketing booking
Newcomer processes for Nestle employee and external outsource including requesting access, adding name to email group, requesting telephone number, laptop, badge, SAP roles, and booking van
ARE YOU A FIT?
Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Strong computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skill and service mind
Good problem solving (routine nature) & analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and respect deadlines (time management)
