POSITION SNAPSHOT

Location: Bangkok Head Office

Company: Nestlé

Business Unit/Division: Commercial Development Team

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Administration, Corporate Coordinator or related roles

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • ​Weekly Sales Review (WSR)

  • Update actual number in LE file and send out to all NSM Grocery

  • Gather LE numbers and fill in WSR form

  • Release LE file to SLT and others

  • At the start of each month, get target number and setting new month file

  • Update Actual last month & last year

  • Send new month file to Sales Controller, to update NNS

  • Issuing PR/PO for department for eCommerce team, Outsource payment, In-Store Vision team (incase vacancy), General CDT PO

  • Managing meeting calendar and schedules i.e. MBP process meeting and IC meeting

  • Meeting room reservation for CDT meeting & monthly meetings

  • Managing Corporate CDT Manager’s schedule, meeting traffic, T&E, and Air Ticketing booking

  • Newcomer processes for Nestle employee and external outsource including requesting access, adding name to email group, requesting telephone number, laptop, badge, SAP roles, and booking van

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role

  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent interpersonal skill and service mind

  • Good problem solving (routine nature) & analytical skills

  • Ability to prioritize and respect deadlines (time management)
