Safety, Health and Environment Specialist(m/f)

The main purpose of the position is to:

The main purpose of the position is to ensure the development and implementation of the Factory's/Project's Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) strategy and program. This includes ensuring the achievement of SHE objectives, monitoring and communicating on performance, and ensuring full compliance with legal requirements concerning Occupational Safety, Health, and the Environment.

A day in the life of Safety, Health and Environment Specialist:

• Leads and delivers SHE trainings for newcomers, visitors, contractors;

• Ensures SHE procurement requirements are done on time;

• Coordinate the development and implementation of the Factory's / Project's SHE strategy & program.

• Ensure that all legal requirements concerning OSH&R and Environment are fully implemented, Monitor and report on compliance with company policy and legal requirements for all OSH&R and Environmental issues , as well as company principles, policies and requirements related to SHE, including NCE, TPM, LEAN, NEMS & NSMS.

• Implement, control, maintain and improve the SHE Management systems including achieving and maintaining ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification.

• Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the SHE program as well as exercising functional leadership of the TPM SHE pillar.

• Provide coaching & support on shop floor, in order to achieve the SHE objectives and to ensure SHE becomes / remains every one responsibility.

• Ensure that SHE performance data is available and correctly managed.

• Champion the Plant's SHE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective action and auditing, as well as ensuring a focus on BBS and culture.

• Trains, leads and implements Security requirements (both law and Nestle) on location;

• Monitors performance of security guards and closely cooperates with their Supervisor;

• Makes, updates and monitors documentation regarding SHE taking into account deadlines that need to be met both legal and Nestle, and in a detailed and tidy manner;

• Monitors functionality of fire protection system and initiates actions;

What will make you successful:

Have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of occupational health & safety, and environmental protection, preferably on factory environment will be considered as advantage.

Preferred to have an official License for working on occupational health & safety; official License for working on fire protection; Internal auditor for ISO 14001 standard; Internal auditor for ISO 45001 standard

Self-starter, with a strong integrity, committed to keeping our people and products safe and protecting the environment

You have knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, you are advanced user of MS Office package, PowerApps skills will be considered as advantage.
