Position Summary
As a Shipping Lead, you will be responsible for proper accountability of all finished goods and ensuring product is of high quality before loading onto trucks. You will support the ASRS Specialist, the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Coordinators with receiving, handling and shipments of all finished products, inventory reconciliation, cycle counts and retagging of products, as need. This position will be responsible for reviewing and actively participating in the risk assessments as well as successfully achieving position qualifications through evaluations. This position requires all tasks be performed with a safe mindset.
Operate a forklift and load trucks with shipments as needed.
Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication of ASRS Equipment.
Operate pallet transfer system equipment and label pallets coming from production.
Support with cleaning and preventative maintenance of Automated Warehouse.
Support Warehouse Supervisor with communication to quality departments regarding production releases as well as inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
Other duties as required by supervision, none of which would require physical or mental ability that is not already needed to perform other duties specifically listed.
Must be available to work night shifts, rotating weekends, and overtime.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
2+ years of experience operating a forklift
Other
- Shipping and Receiving experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment

The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.82. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
