To strengthen our team at Maison Cailler in Broc, we are looking for a passionate Chocolatier who shares our love for the art of chocolate.
As a Chocolatier , you will lead workshops at the Atelier du Chocolat, embodying the spirit of the Cailler brand, contribute to developing visitor experiences, and proudly represent the brand at events. You will also oversee quality control, inventory management, and supply for the Atelier.
A Day in the Life of a Chocolatier
Host interactive workshops, showcasing chocolate-making techniques, values, and craftsmanship to captivate our visitors.
Offer participants an immersive sensory experience in the world of chocolate.
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere during interactions with visitors.
Develop recipes and training programs tailored to the Atelier’s needs.
Embody the spirit and values of the Cailler brand as a proud ambassador.
Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations in your work.
What will make you successful
CFC in confectionery/pastry or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in confectionery or gastronomy.
Training or experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or leisure activities is a plus.
Good command of IT tools such as Microsoft Office.
Talent for communication, a passion for teaching, and a love for engaging with people.
Ability to share your knowledge with a diverse and international audience.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Fluent spoken language skills in French, English, and German, additional languages are a plus.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and public holidays.
