Nestlé is seeking a talented and motivated intern to join our team as a Talent Acquisition intern. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting Recruitment and Employer Branding activities for a period of 6 months, starting in January 2025.
As an intern in HR Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in the complete recruitment and selection process for interns within the Nestlé Belgilux Group (including Nestlé, Nespresso, Starbucks, etc.). Additionally, you will contribute to Nestlé's Employer Branding efforts. As part of the Campus Recruitment team, you will also have the opportunity to attend events for Nestlé Graduates, such as job fairs.
Your responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs
Post job offers on various platforms
Select and interview applicants
Provide advice and follow-up with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Ensure smooth administrative follow-up once the right candidate is found
Monitor and evaluate interns' performance
Creating a network of interns within Nestlé
Employer Branding:
Attend events e.g., job fairs, workshops…
Update the weekly vacancies overview
Assist in creating communication and visual materials
Support the teamin improvement projects
Run and launch campaigns (video’s, testimonials...)
What will make you successful?
You are Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a professional level of English
You a currently enrolled/graduated in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
You are detail-oriented and have a structured approach to work
You have strong communication skills, you are proactive and able to work independently
