Position Summary

Vitaflo is looking for a dynamic person for a Medical Delegate role for the Belgilux area.

Important: this is a field function and means that regular travel is necessary.

A day in the life of a Medical Delegate

  • Promoting Vitaflo’s complete portfolio in Belgium and Luxemburg.

  • Taking ownership of the personal business plan, reflecting accountability and responsibility for territory targets and the national sales targets.

  • Establishing connections with existing and prospective customers to maintain current business and seizing new opportunities for sales growth.

  • Working efficiently with internal departments to maximize results and compound Vitaflo’s market status.

  • Anticipating and measuring sales results consistently, implementing corrective actions and learnings.

  • Completing sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.

  • Attending of local, national, and international conferences & events in-person and/or by virtual channels.

  • Organizing and attending local healthcare professional (HCP) and patient engagement events.

  • Cross boundary support of other territories, as required.

  • Reaching all KPI’s including but not limited to, impact score.

  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.

  • Delivering optimal return on investment with all activities, including HCP and patient engagement events.

  • Any other duties as required.

As medical sales representative you report to the sales manager of Vitaflo FraBeNeLux and you are part of the sales department of Vitaflo FraBeNeLux.

What will make you successful?

  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level in a scientific field or possess other relevant qualifications.

  • You can communicate in English, Dutch and French.

  • Experienced in Healthcare Sales.

  • Having a deep knowledge of the Vitaflo product portfolio is essential for the role.

  • Proficiency with technological requirements of the role. Including, but not limited to: Salesforce CRM, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power BI dashboards.

  • You have a tenacious attitude towards achieving targets and personal objectives.

  • You have a continuous improvement mindset that reflects the ability to overcome barriers and find solutions.

  • You understand the need to deliver ROI and can prioritize accordingly.

  • You build successful working relationships quickly with people at all levels.

  • You can take initiative and can work independently, as well as with a wider team.

  • You have excellent communication skills to effectively deliver key messages to a wide audience. Comfortable communicating with customers via all channels: in-person, video calls, telephone, and email.

  • Able and willing to support national events and conferences across the territory; sometimes including weekends and holidays.

  • A driving license B is essential for this role.
