Join our team as a Import Export Intern and you will have the opportunity to learn all about our Import Export team and their day-to-day activities, all the while supporting them and developing your skills.

A day in the life of Import Export Intern:

• Support the Import Export team with the necessary tasks to succesfully perform the day-to-day Foreign Trade activities on the compliance way;

• Support for the preparation of required documents for customs procedures;

• Support in managing the inbound and outbound processes and secure timely and cost-effective flow of the goods;

• Understand and know the objectives of the Import Export team;

• Communicate effectively with other teams on all import-export activities;

• Monitoring of international shipments as per agreed Incoterms and prices;

• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators on a defined periodic basis;

• Usage of the SAP system.

What will make you successful?

• You have or are getting an Economics/Business Management, Transport and Traffic Degree;

• You have good knowledge of English language, both writen and spoken;

• You are advanced user of MS Office package;

• You have strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a international team environment.

• You are good multitasker and pay attention to details in the performance of your daily activities.
