Position Snapshot
Location: Budapest (IX. district) and Home Office
Education: College or University degree in business/economics
Experience: 2-4 years working experience (preferably in Marketing/Sales/eCommerce; FMCG experience is an advantage)
Language: Fluent English and Hungarian in written and spoken
Position Summary
Build strong partnershipsnership and synergies among categories and functions in order to be able to win with our key Partners as efficient as possible and to reach higher online market share than offline. Meanwhile leverage eContent and search strategy. Seek further opportunities to develop related eCommerce Subchannels.
A day in the life of an E-Commerce Specialist...
Supports definition of local eCommerce strategy and tactics, from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention, in close collaboration with all market functions and channels.
Manages day-to-day performance across eCommerce Subchannels, executes campaigns, and ensures the quality of eContent.
Optimizes the eCommerce Channel performance, from qualified traffic acquisition, e-merchandising & personalization, and retention activities.
Explores, assesses and develops local eRetailing initiatives.
Tracks eCommerce performance, status of projects, reports on KPIs and business results.
Creates and shares best practices, guidelines and knowledge on eCommerce within organization.
Ensures eCommerce compliance aligned to global and local policies.
Sharing best practices and know-hows with other team members.
Use different source of date to cover eCom (DH, NielsenIQ, DAS, EDGE, etc.)
Implementation of EDGE Digital Shelf, Buy Now solutions, NielsenIQ Brandbank or other Z-EUR related eCommerce tools
Master User of related Tools & responsible to support other Nestlé categories (together with E-Commerce Lead)
Responsible for eContent audits based on guidelines principles
Sources new ways of working, new business models, shares best practice and challenges existing business approaches.
Work together with HU E-Commerce Lead on the local eCommerce roadmap in line with the zone initiative (like Global eCommerce Acceleration Plan), taking into account the local aspects and opportunities
Close cooperation with other eBusiness functions like Digital & Media to achieve common eBusiness goals
What will make you successful?
Solid SAP and high level Office365 skills (like Excel, PowerBI)
1- 2 years of digital content management
Previous experience in eCommerce, digital marketing activities
Good understanding of social media, digital and eCommerce platforms
Project management skills and ability to follow through to completion with excellence
