Title: Website Services Supervisor

Position Summary:

Responsible and accountable for overall operational excellence of Brand Websites team across projects. Managing team members and workstreams to bring value to the business by ensuring consistent first time right service delivery. Support the Business/Market in managing content on Nestlé corporate/brand websites and Internal platforms, ensuring consistency and maintaining high-quality information standards across the websites.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Driving service and solution evolution and developing expertise, cross-functional alignment (MSE, Market, Function, GMB, Zone, Agency, NGBS) as an extension of the solution lead. Leading implementation of new ways of working across centers for specific projects or service lines.

  • Managing relationships with key business partners in market, business or HQ. Ensuring partner expectations are met and exceeded through service orientation, Total Service Quality etc.

  • Process management. Overseeing website services including web content editing, SEO, optimization, etc. Responsibility to organize work flow, support employees as needed, ensure that tasks are performed safely and efficiently.

  • Updated / clear documentation on processes and support model

  • Alignment of objectives for subordinates with OMP and Stream/Department Strategy. Control/feedback/recognition of objective achievement

  • Staffing/Recruitment; Talent management

  • Creating proposals for scope increase and ensuring social/digital best practices are included

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • University Degree in English, Digital Media, International Relations, Business administration, or any other related field

  • 1-2 years experience in managing the team of experts in a specific area

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English

  • Proven work experience as a Content Editor or similar role

  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Drupal, Shell, WordPress)

  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword research

  • Proven experience in editing images in Photoshop

  • General understanding of UX (User Experience)

  • Experience of working with web measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SessionCam etc).

  • Knowledge of web design

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Working with high-volume, complex tasks

  • Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting

  • Experience managing teams

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions/ teams and projects

  • Proven leadership and communication skills

  • Ability proactively and independently collaborate with the businesses and markets.
