The role

Our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness IT Department is looking for a fast learner and team player IS/IT Business Analyst – CRM Technologies

The OOH (Out Of Home) IT product team is supporting Nestlé Professional, Nespresso, and any Out of Home Nestlé businesses through the provision of a CRM solution and other digital capabilities to provide efficiency and effectiveness for the sales and technical reps operating in the field.

The OOH channel covers meals, beverages and snacks supplied by commercial food service establishments and by eating facilities in non-commercial institutions. In Nestlé we are enabling our categories such as coffee, food or water to engage this channel for selling our products and services.

You will be the liaison between the IS/IT & Nestlé Businesses

As part of the IT Product team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions.

You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions

What you’ll do

• Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation

• Analyze requirements, build test scripts, test developments, and document process flows and specifications

• Work with IS/IT Product Manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies business needs and also developing the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.

• Support the analysis and resolution of issues as part of the third level sustain and in partnership with vendors and cross functional teams

• Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value

Minimum qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area (ie B2B Sales, Food Service, HoReCa…)

• Experience in B2B sales and after sales processes

• Understanding of business customer acquisition and development processes and ability to translate it into application requirements

• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English

• Experience in CRM Solutions

• Effective communication at different levels in the organization, working in a global environment with virtual teams.

Bonus Points If You:

• Strong experience with SAP C4C solutions.

• Bachelor´s degree in business, information systems or related disciplnes, or equivalent. MBA preferred.

• Experience with SAP ERP
