The role

We are looking to add a knowledgeable IT Business Analyst to the ‘Global’ Warehouse Management product team to drive new capabilities supporting the business needs as defined and aligned in the joint technology roadmap (Business and IT).

What you’ll do

As a member of the team,

  • You will work with functional and IT Leaders to develop their product roadmaps according to aligned scope supported by SAP WM, EWM, ‘Complementary’, ‘Integrated’ and ‘Edge’ applications / solutions.

  • You will deliver the development of the business capabilities according to the agreed split of scope in collaboration with your colleagues in the wider Global product team ensuring integrated solutions that can be scalable with regards to product adoption, building new capabilities or improving the user experience.

  • Take ownership of product and process maturity, pain points, opportunities and influence as needed to ensure resolution (remain aligned with global Product Managers).

  • Meet regularly with each IT functional stream and Functional Relationship Managers to ensure they understand value of the products and look for additional opportunities.

  • Drive IT product marketing campaigns, communication strategies and surveys supporting assessing the maturity of our tools leading to increased adoption and value generation

  • Perform Quarterly review for your products.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product or equivalent experience.

  • Functional knowledge of SAP WM (Warehouse Management) including end to end business process knowledge and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

  • 2+ years of experience working with and having functional knowledge of SAP (i.e., end to end process or integration).

  • 1+ years of experience in a product owner or product management role.
