The role:

To strengthen our Global Tech Hub, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst for Specification to Product (S2P) to complete our Analytics Data and Integration (ADI) department.

In this position, you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT, Nestlé Research and Product Technology & Development and other corporate functions. As part of the S2P Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Product Manager in the context of our SAP Recipe and Ingredient Management solutions in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.

• Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements plus test, document and deliver solutions incl. training to the end users, deployment and support teams.

• Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation plus support the analysis and resolution of issues as part of the third level sustain.

• Work with business partners to conduct design, solution sessions, and MVP taste-testing all along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Food engineering or related discipline, Information Systems or equivalent.

• 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area.

• Understanding of business processes in area of “Recipe, Ingredient and Specification Management” and ability to translate them into application requirements.

• Good understanding of the IT Landscape, master and transactional data needed for Product Lifecyle Management (PLM)

• Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

• Experience in solution design, development coordination and testing (especially integration build)

• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English

• Experience working in an international environment and with virtual teams

Bonus Points if you:

• Knowledge of SAP PLM Recipe and Specification Management or equivalent system.

• Experience in any of this area: Food Manufacturing, Recipe Development, Ingredient Management, Food Regulatory Compliance, Recipe optimization

• Knowledge of data and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake is a plus
