Nestle Senior IT Project Manager - Sustainability External Disclosure & CSRD Readiness in Esplugues Llobregat, Spain

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager - Sustainability External Disclosure & CSRD Readiness to be part of our CIO Office team :

The role:

Lead the global project to enhance Nestlé Sustainability reporting and disclosure IT systems, so that Nestlé’s annual “ESG” reports are compliant with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive in early 2026, whilst also improving the data and process.

What you’ll do:

  • As Senior IT Project Manager, you will plan, execute and control the project in collaboration with your project team from across IT Product streams, external partners, and with Sustainability colleagues.

  • Establish the project steering, and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Oversee that project delivers the intended value for compliant reporting, and improves data & processes.

  • Manage scope, budget, schedule and risks with your Project team.

  • Produce timely communications including detailed summaries and high-level reports.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT and business/industry in multiple roles.

  • Hands-on Project Management experience of running at least 2 projects, and participating in global programs or projects.

  • Knowledge of at least one PM methodology e.g. PMI®, and agile methodology, e.g. Prince 2 Agile®, Scrum certification.

  • Experience working in English, in a global environment, with virtual teams.

Bonus Points if you:

  • Have experience in Sustainability, or other emerging VUCA domains.

  • Have experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization.

  • Ability to lead via influence and deliver through others.
