The role

In this role you will partner with Business Units and Functions to increase effectiveness, enhance performance, and enable change in order to achieve meaningful business impact that integrates strategy, process and culture.

Steer cross category Cultural Transformation and Business Improvement activities, supporting leaders and teams to identify opportunities, and drive business transformations.

You’ll be responsible for leading and managing projects that involve multiple functional areas within the organization.

What you’ll do

Business Improvement partner

  • Identify and share insights and operational opportunities impacting business performance and team effectiveness, driving cross-functional efforts to understand client needs, and leveraging business and functional partnerships.

  • Propose and promote effective improvement approaches, using the full range of Lean and Agile principles, methods and tools (including E2E flows).

  • Work with business teams to drive execution of improvement and strategic activities, specifically: diagnosis, understanding value, identifying opportunities, problem solving and process efficiency (LO).

  • Establish a culture of Continuous Improvement and ensure business transformation is sustainable

Cross-Functional Project Manager

  • Plan, execute, and monitor cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders from various functional areas, including marketing, operations, finance, and human resources, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignment, and risk management strategies.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment and clarity on project objectives, responsibilities, and timelines.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

  • Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and prepare project reports and documentation.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting cross-functional cooperation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Cultural Transformation partner to build an Agile Organization:

  • Responsible for implementing successful change strategies with the ability to create a unified and performance driven culture

  • Be a Change Agent, promoting and fostering the adoption of Agile Behaviors across the organization in tandem with the HR BP

  • Drive the implementation of new Ways of Working (Hybrid Work, OKR/Peak) according to company needs to become a more agile, efficient and flexible organization that easily adapts its operating model according to its environment and customer preferences

  • Identify team effectiveness needs and connect with pragamatic solutions, platforms to support teams enhance their collaboration efficienty

  • Support the digital transformation of the organization in line with Business & Functions needs

Business Improvement and Cultural Transformation Subject Matter Expert

  • Deploy business improvement and cultural transformation initiatives

  • Develop and deliver training and coaching in Agile behaviors, principles and methodologies according to the transformation strategy in order to build organizational capabilities to support the achievement of an Agile organization

  • Coach and advise the BEOs and relevant stakeholders in the Business Improvement and Cultural Transformation journey

  • Identify, describe and communicate Best Practices and Lessons Learned in the area of responsibility and promote cross-fertilization within the organization

Minimum qualifications:

  • Strong experience in stakeholder management

  • Experience leading and developing crossfunctional teams

  • 5+ years Experience in Project Management

  • 5+ years Experience in Change Management

  • 5+ years Experience in Stakeholder Management

  • Understanding of Business Management, working with P&L and balance sheet

  • 5+ years Experience in NCE Management Practices / Business Improvement methodologies

Relevant & successful experience in at least 3 of the following areas:

  • Experience in Lean & Agile deployment

  • Extensive experience of leading complex change or transformation programs

  • Experience working with multicultural teams

  • Experience in dealing with Suppliers/Customers

  • Experience in program management of international projects

  • Experience of working with senior management

  • Live and model the Nestlé Leadership Behaviors

  • Team player (can work well in cross-functional team)
