Position summary
In this role, you will act as the external stock management specialist for Waters Swiss market. You will ensure an efficient distribution of stocks on the Nestlé Waters Swiss distribution network.
Furthermore, you will coordinate stock levels and act as the main point of contact for both Nestlé producer sites and third-party logistics providers.
A day in a life of a Dispatch Requirement Planner
Optimize stock allocation, coordinate with logistics providers and ensure an efficient distribution of products between different warehouses
Provide up-to-date information to stakeholders for efficient network management and customer satisfaction
Optimize stock allocation and develop scenarios with recommendations in case of saturation alerts
Contribute to the development of the logistics strategy and lead projects aligned with service objectives and Nestlé Group goal
Ensure timely supply and availability of products to fulfill deliveries at the right place and freshness level at the warehouse.
Monitor and update product out-of-stock risks on a daily basis to mitigate potential issues.
Analyze data quality and identify gaps to improve accuracy and reliability.
Conduct annual inventories in logistics provider warehouses
Ensure international product availability at the freshness level defined
Support different processes within Supply Chain
What will make you successful
University Degree with previous internships performed ideally in Supply Chain or Commercial CFC with a proven experience in Supply Chain
Ability to take decisions in a constant evolving environment
Strong analytical skills and anticipation skills
Possess excellent leadership skills
Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in French & English, German is a plus
Excellent command of Excel and SAP experience
