Position Summary: A Content Steward Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity, quality, and consistency of trainings regarding the Nestlé internal Content Ecosystem and Tech platform. This role involves ensuring that all Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) end-users across the company receive effective training and reliable support. The Content Steward Specialist also collaborates with various internal partners to identify training needs and ensure the effectiveness of training programs through continuous assessment and feedback. Additionally, the role includes providing comprehensive support and best practices to stakeholders, working closely with our internal categories/brands.

A Day in the Life of a Content Steward Specialist:

Deliver comprehensive trainings on all aspects of Nestlé internal Content Ecosystem and Tech platform, ensuring alignment with specific role requirements for end-users including Brand Managers, Content Services, Content Librarians, and External Agencies.

Provide ongoing support to engage end-users and address their queries, escalating issues when necessary.

Act as the main point of contact for Champions in the allocated zone, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.

Manage and respond to requests received through Service Now, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.

Review, validate, and update training materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.

Host single or group training sessions with stakeholders and users, gathering insights and defining actions based on feedback.

Generate and provide reports to the program team and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team across various time zones to drive system adoption and operational excellence.

Work closely with our internal categories/brands to understand their unique training needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
