Reporting Line to Packaging Sustainability Data Lead

Position Summary

As a Global E2E Packaging and Sustainability Data Coordinator you will be part of the newly formed and multi-disciplinary Global Packaging & Sustainability Process & Data Team. The main focus of the team and this role is the design and deployment of an optimized end-to-end Packaging & Sustainability Data process throughout the organization.

With an increase of demand in Packaging and Sustainability Data around the world, you will play a key role in our IT solutions and Data Readiness by setting up and driving the process, R&R’s, a cross-functional platform addressing these new requirements and coordinating the outcomes and activities.

As such, you will interact with several functions in Markets, Zones and at Corporate level, such as IT, Tax, ESG/sustainability and R&D.

A Day in the Life of the Global E2E Packaging and Sustainability Data Coordinator

  • Coordinate the collection and validation of new Packaging and Sustainability Data demands from markets/regions or functions

  • Establish and maintain a cross-functional platform to drive alignment and plans to comply with new and changed demands

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures ensuring a feedback loop, from requestor to development teams to our Shared Service Centers regarding Data and Solution readiness

  • Engage with all stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements, leveraging your expertise to improve our current E2E data landscape.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Preferred: Knowledge of one or more Business areas (e.g. Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Packaging or Product Development).

  • Fluent in English.
