Position Summary

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to strengthen the Nespresso Brand as the Ultimate Coffee Experience and the Icon of perfect Coffee worldwide through all touchpoints and dimensions that can influence the brand equity (Communication, Omnichannel experience) by having a profound knowledge of the brand and local coffee culture. You will be the partner for business drive and activation and you will need to act according to the Nespresso Quality, Food Safety and SHE systems, fulfilling legal, internal and normative requirements applicable to Nestlé Portugal SA, Nespresso Division.

A day in the life of a Junior Brand Manager
Establish the Nespresso Brand as the ‘icon of perfect coffee worldwide’ in the market;
Be the Consumer Insights Champion in the Market;
Be the Competition Insights Champion in the Market;
Support all the product management stategy in the Market;
Budgeting, controls and reporting at the market level.
What will make you successful
Degree or master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Proven work experience in Brand Management (minimum of 3 years)
FMCG previous experience would be a plus
Previous exposure in Brand Activation (at POS or any other touchpoint) and product management in a market or business unit
Good knowledge and exposure to consumer research/ insights and consumer communication
Ability to work on large strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks
Project management knowledge would be relevant
Exceptional language skills in local language and solid English (mandatory)
Creativity and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Adherence to deadlines, good follow-up and reporting skills
Ability to build long-term relationships with key professionals
Ability to work under pressure and to learn quickly and enthusiastically
