Our Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical and Automation Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to get their career started or continue their career in food manufacturing.

As part of our ongoing continuous improvement we provide developmental opportunities to further your career within the Electrical/Maintenance/Engineering Department; electrical training, apprenticeship, pay for skill levels training, problem solving skills, and continuous improvement skills.

The Electrical and Automation Technician is responsible for the daily electrical support of half the plant and at times the whole plant. Help with preventative maintenance and electrical support for capital and extraordinary maintenance projects.

Nestle works a 2-2-3 schedule with 12 hour shifts with opportunities for overtime. The schedule is designed to give you ample work life balance. Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. A degree in a related field is preferred, prior electrical and automation experience and prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment, have basic verbal and written English language communication skills, has excellent time management skills, ability to frequently lift up to 40lbs, work in various environments, work at heights, and confined spaces.
