Nestle Pizza located in Little Chute, WI has openings to join our Parts Room team as a 3rd shift Parts Room Receiving Clerk.

  • 3rd shift starts between 4:35pm-6:25pm and works until 4:50pm-5:00am.

  • Earn $28.79 per hour

  • 3rd Shift receives $1.50 per hour shift premium

  • 12 hour schedules-NO SWING SHIFTS

Position Summary

The Parts Room Receiving Clerk is responsible for tasks associated with inventory management and accuracy of inventory to ensure maintenance repair and operations material are available when required. Provide the leadership to establish, organize, plan and implement programs that reflect the strategies of the parts room.

The primary responsibilities are:

  • Accurately issue parts/tools to customer

  • Physically receive items from vendors, validate and enter into systems, put away and organize as required

  • Perform regular inventory counts and validations

  • Use SAP system to identify and manage parts locations, sourcing, ordering, inventory levels

  • Use Material Handling equipment to move large parts safely

  • Prepare & ship outgoing items as necessary

  • Update equipment BOMs and PIR’s as necessary

  • Perform daily MRO replenishment duties

  • Source/track repairs

  • Ensure integrity of inventory data descriptions, inventory levels

  • Vendor communications as necessary

  • Daily data entry in SAP and Excel

  • Support factory cost savings initiatives

  • Backup fellow parts room attendants as needed, may require weekends or off-shift

  • Comply with all Nestle policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices

  • Take pride in work area and perform housekeeping as needed

  • Identify and communicate any cost or process improvements to Supervisor

  • Maintain positive rapport with customers, suppliers, and co-workers

  • Any other projects or duties assigned by Supervisor, to be completed in timely manner

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will:

  • Customer service oriented.

  • Ability to work well with others as well as independently.

  • Professional, high ethical standards and a positive cooperative attitude.

  • Strong analytical organizational, administrative, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong computer skills in office business application software, must have Excel proficiency.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

  • Ability to proactively analyze and identify cost and process improvements.

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment/parts and SAP is a plus
