Nestle Brand Manager, Nestle Professional in Makati, Philippines

Main Purpose of the Job

The Brand Manager for Nestle Professional - Food is responsible for the development and management of strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives within the food service industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the out-of-home business and channels, as well as the ability to leverage customer and consumer insights to develop effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans to drive customer awareness, preference, and market share within the professional food service industry.

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer and consumer trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for business growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and culinary, to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.

  • Manage the P&L and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make data-driven decisions.

  • Develop and execute strategies with local business units to leverage out-of-home reach.

  • Manage assets, including packaging, logos, and brand guidelines, to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.

  • Collaborate with Commercial Development, Fields Sales Teams, External Agencies and other Partners to develop and execute campaigns and programs that will drive out-of-home business growth.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer and consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in the food service industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers to drive partnership and loyalty.
