We are currently looking for a Commercial Planning Executive to join our Sales team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Commercial Planning Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

Develop and ensure the execuiton of monthly/yearly commercial/operational plan for the category, planning TTS, ensuring it is recorded in sales automation system, tracking performance and taking corrective actions, activities for the category.

"Recommend and assess annual and monthly sales activities and commercial activities

Responsible for trade promotions budget (tts) , ensure tts is planned and executed in line with strategy "

"Manage to the ICP process by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans, making the necessary analysis ; manage developing channel category plans and TTS plan for the upcoming year for respective Channel(s) in the market "

Ensure coordination between sales and marketing department at channels, and stabilize product/brand price consistency. Besides, you will be responsible for implementation of ideas about channel and customer-based campaign, increasing channel based consumer demand

"Drive execution of centrally planned channel trade promotions and events Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed, complete SPPE. "

"Manage development of the in-store vision of success(picture of success) for respective channel(s) in each category. Support and track its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions. "

Make field visit to monitor the field execution and ensure the actions are taken for the improvement need areas.

Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.

Which profile are we looking for?

1+ years commercial experience, minimum 4 years of experience in sales/marketing

Demonstrable record of success in previous role. Understands customers and the selling process.

Understands key business functions.FieldSales experience(esp.inTraditionalTrade).

Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as sales & marketing & shopper understanding.
