We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;
Organize the new hires documents and operational excellence
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
In line with the recruitment procedure, starts and finalizes the new hire onboarding process
Strengthen the position of Nestlé as an attractive employer
Which profile are we looking for?
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
1+ years experience in Human Resources
Excellent command of English
Successful execution of measured objectives
