We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Nestlé Professional team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Operation Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Drive Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) process, coordinate meetings and gate outputs; consolidate numbers across businesses and channels

  • Manage sales forecasting process, give necessary direction to stakeholders and build coordination with Planning in order to ensure optimum production in Monthly Business Planning cycle process

  • Track distributor stock days, aging stocks, out of stock and take necessary actions with related parties

  • Define sales targets in coordination with sales; product allocations and quotas, follow up and support execution

  • Develop Daily/monthly /quarterly regular reports (stock follow-up, month closing, sales automation periodical reports etc.) for easy tracking

  • Drive sales communication of sales reports, price increases, promotions, new product launch/relaunches

  • Drive sales incentive process, distributor sales bonus

  • Sales automation system: Lead sales automation to ensure system is well utilized by the field sales team and system delivers update solutions to ease and support sales related processes

  • Identify the key performance indicators and measurement systems of sales business with process owners that need to be monitored and managed. Develop monitoring tools, dashboards and automatic reporting systems

  • Collaborate with commercial team leads to transform their businesses through the strategic application reports, processes, and technology

  • Develop and coach direct reports, ensuring discussions are conducted on time. Make recommendations for inclusion in talent programmes and succession plans as appropriate

  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies

Which profile are we looking for?

  • University Degree

  • 4-5 years experience in Generating Demand/Ensuring Supply
