As a key player reporting to the Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for business-critical roles. Your role will be instrumental in finding exceptional talent for Nestlé.

A Day in the Life:

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for replacement and new positions.

  • Build and maintain talent pools and manage candidate relationships.

  • Develop strong relationships with key hiring leads and HRBPs.

  • Collaborate with our off-shore sourcing team to identify top candidates for immediate and future needs.

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives and contribute to the development of talent processes.

  • Solve talent-related challenges and act as a valued partner to the business.

  • Support the execution of global strategic programs and projects.

What Will Make You Successful:

We are seeking a passionate recruiter who will be a brand ambassador for our business. Your commitment to quality and ability to manage the entire recruitment process will set you apart. You take pride in providing exceptional candidate care and exceeding the expectations of your hiring leads.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment.

  • Experience recruiting for corporate roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.

  • Proven ability to proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines.

  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to establish trust with key stakeholders.

  • A competitive drive to find the best candidates quickly.

  • Project management experience is desirable.

  • Full working rights in Australia.
