As a Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst for our Quality Assurance department, you will develop data solutions that support the team’s strategies. Your priority and scope of work is determined through collaboration with other Quality Assurance team members and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Your focus will be to deliver results matching expected timelines and value.

  • Build complex models to assess operational opportunities and drive implementation cross functionally

  • Leverage diverse technology platforms to refine and automate data sources, harmonize data points, and model "what if" scenarios that can be used to evaluate and predict the impact to operational quality performance

  • Utilize Power BI, including visualization, parameters, report optimization, creating measures, modeling, reports/dashboards, and dataflows

  • Harmonize and make sense of disparate datasets to determine business and operational trends and drive action

  • Clearly communicate insights and translate data into visualizations that aid decision-making, recognize their audience and shift messaging for optimal reception from others in the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, procurement, logistics, supply chain, business, customer analytics, or a related technical field

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), User Experience (UX), and/or a related technical field

Other

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including visualization, parameters, report optimization, creating measures, modeling, reports/dashboards, and dataflows is preferred

  • 1+ years of expereince in data modeling, statistical analysis, and/or data architecture is preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in UX Design methodologies and development is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $67,000.00 to $105,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
