As a Distribution Services Coordinator, you will operate under a multi-functional model that encompasses several aspects of Site Services daily operations. Your functions include working in areas of shipping and receiving and our mailroom.
You will be navigating throughout our 55-acre campus and responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing deliveries, packages and mail is accurately received, unloaded, inspected, sorted and delivered.
Pickup and delivery of interoffice mail, USPS and Ground/Air packages to and from drop points throughout our multi-building 55-acre complex (up to 50 lbs)
Scan all incoming packages and shipments using SendSuite software
Provide customer service and communicating effectively when collaborating with departments and vendors
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
1+ years’ experience in a customer service-oriented shipping and receiving position
Pallet Jack experience is required
The approximate pay range for this position is $34,000 to $44,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
