Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze complex data sets and present useful information

• Utilize predictive statistical models

• Develop analysis and provide recommendations to increase ROI, customer response

• Extrapolate business & customer trends and patterns from data analysis and suggests opportunities

• Collaborate with customer marketing team to support new item introduction evaluations, portfolio assortment rationalization, measure impact of marketing programs along customer lifecycle

• Deliver regular reports on your findings and suggested actions

• Collect market information through a variety of sources

• Conduct competition research

• Develop analysis for Distributor, 3rd party, market expansion opportunities & analysis

• Assist in the development and maintenance of sales & customer development budget, ensuring timely processing and forecast accuracy

• Assist in mining 1st party data (cube) for consumer & customer insights (B2C, B2B, customer-specific) Assist in ad-hoc research projects to support marketing team

• Performing headcount analysis, forecasting & productivity. Goal assessment, revenue planning and SIOP participation.


Key qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (MBA Preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience

• SQL coding experience required

• Data visualization software

• Exceptional excel and PowerPoint skills

• Syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) measures & systems

• Knowledge of shopper panel measures

• Presentation skills: present data accurately & with credibility

• Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing "deliverables"

• Keen project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously

• Strong analytical, technical and mathematical abilities

• Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills

• Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker
