Located in Tampa, FL but also providing administrative support to Fort Myers and Sarasota. But location of branch to work out of is in Tampa, FL.

This position is the administrative and service support for the Zone. The Branch Administrator will provide administrative support and business partnering that will enable the Branch / Zone to meet its business commitment to NWNA. Branch Administrators must be versatile, detail oriented, and committed to serving the branch's employees and leadership while prioritizing projects and tasks as directed by the Business Manager. The person in this position must be able to conduct oneself with a professional demeanor while being approachable by employees and leadership.
Monday - Friday, Day shift, FT Hours, with the ability to stay late for month end close.
Based out of Tampa, FL. and providing direct support for the Florida Zone, for Nestle Waters Ready Refresh branches.
Administrative Support and Business Partnering across the Zone and functional areas
Accounts Payable: process invoices via PO or P-Cards in a timely fashion. Provide support in controlling and analyzing expenses.
Month-end Financial Close Support: Process journal entries and support month-end analysis.
Provide reporting on all key indicators as requested by leadership including Revenue and Expenses.
Route Support: support daily activities of Operations team.
Payroll Administration: administer non-exempt and exempt payroll processes (Kronos).
Administrative Support: perform general office management duties.
Perform cash reconciliation and prepare bank deposits.
Various other duties as needed.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required)
· Bachelor degree in a business field preferred
· 2 to 5 years of prior administrative support experience with financial reporting responsibility
· Prior experience providing administrative support
· Prior Krono and SAP experience preferred but not required (we can offer on the job training for this aspect of the position)
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
· Proficiencies using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), including report creation and analysis
· Advanced Excel skills: can create pivot tables, charting, cell functions & formulas
· Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
· Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Willingness to work in a an office located in our bottling facility around leadership and field teams that work out of the facility
