Nestle Brand Communication Coordinator in Warszawa, Poland

Main purpose of the job:

To acts as a creative project manager in strategic communication process, helping Nestlé brands achieve the highest creative quality. To collaborate closely with marketing teams, creative and media agencies, and content studio to support development and execution of best-in-class creations. To proactively seek opportunities for Nestlé brands to further support creating outstanding campaigns, that drive business results. To coordinate impactful social media and influencer campaigns.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinating local and regional communication processes engaging multiple internal and external stakeholders: marketing teams, creative and media agencies, content studio. Facilitating smooth exchange of information and assets to ensure consistency and clarity at all stages.

  • Ensuring alignment with Nestlé Communication Principles on creative content development and supporting teams in striving for creative excellence.

  • Proactively seeking opportunities to further support Nestlé brands in building best-in-class communication strategies.

  • Closely partnering with other team members to facilitate execution of creative strategies and successful production process.

  • Working closely with brand managers to identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify the company's message and reach a wider audience. Managing influencer partnerships, track performance, and measure the impact of influencer campaigns in alignment with the brand and category strategy.

  • Coordinating implementation and maintenance of selected global tools and secure smooth execution.

Our requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in consumer marketing, ideally at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.

  • Experience in project management and coordinating work of various internal and external stakeholders, experience in coordinating influencer campaigns, analyzing and reporting the results.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary. To be able to effectively communicate with consumers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless consumer experience.

  • Fluent English and Polish

  • To have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is crucial. You will work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to align consumer experience initiatives.

  • To have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional consumer experiences is essential. To be dedicated to creating positive interactions and building long-term consumer loyalty.

  • To have the ability to inspire and motivate a team, to provide guidance, support, and direction to team members to ensure the delivery of exceptional consumer experiences.
