Nestle Project Coordinator / Project Manager in Warszawa, Poland
Location: Warsaw/Home Office
Key responsibilities:
Planning and achieving excellent project management through execution of new products implementation, product modifications, promotional lines, sourcing changes, delistings, etc
Prepare the timing of the project with assignment of tasks and monitor execution, adjust timing, propose resolutions in case of delay or other issues
Working with the Project Owner to champion the process from initial conception through to post-evaluation
Monitoring tasks and milestones to be in place with established action plans
Conduct risk assessment with project team members and offer solutions to enable decisions on promo product-launch dates needing to be revised
Communicate project status and escalations to project stakeholders
Leading regular execution planning meeting
Provide conclusion on material write-offs; monitor and manage remaining R&P materials in order to minimise write-offs; settle the write offs with BU
Make sure all Master Data for products are correct in the system and compliant
Implement and improve Project improvement processes
Our requirements:
Project Management skills and/or experience in managing the process of Innovation and Renovation
Ability to fluently communicate in English
Ability to manage multi-functional projects, demonstrating strong planning and organisational skills
Proven ability to influence at all levels with the persistence and follow up till results are achieved
Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to look for solutions as part of the project team
Excellent communication skills
