Position Summary

As the Regional Benefits & Global Mobility Manager for zone Europe, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Benefits and Global Mobility programs and processes across the zone, balancing internal costs and efficiencies and external competitiveness to drive value for employees and the business. This will include ensuring markets within the zone are compliant with external regulations, and global policies and guidelines in the areas of both Benefits and Global Mobility.

A Day in the Life of a Regional Benefits & Global Mobility Manager – Zone Europe

  • Provide strategic input and consultation to Regional CoC Market SPOCs for the design & implementation of Benefits plans, based on the Zone & Global Guidance & Market priorities & operational plans.

  • Lead the benefits plan design and revision, working closely with the Market Reward Managers, Corporate teams, Procurement and Finance, while ensuring programs are aligned with the Nestlé Total Rewards Policy and delivering cost-effectiveness.

  • Be an active member of the Benefit and Global Mobility network and owner of global processes & initiatives, as well as ways of working, identify areas for improvements and areas of alignment to best or better practices, while lead the market capability building & maturity assessment to ensure knowledge transfer & upskilling of the Total Rewards function.

  • Lead the design and delivery of benefits communication strategy & educational materials for market localisation so that benefits programs are promoted & understood.

  • Ensure full compliance in the benefits area, including meeting internal controls, guidelines as well as external tax, social security and labour laws.

  • Lead the Vendor Selection & Optimization, in collaboration with Corporate, Markets and Procurement to drive standardisation and simplification of benefits and global mobility management & vendor use across the region.

  • Oversee the deployment and cascade of initiatives of Global Mobility processes and initiatives to Market Leads and ensure their adherence to global processes,

  • Lead the review of current market Global Mobility ways of working in strong collaboration with Market Leads, to identify areas for improvements and areas of alignment to best or better practices & leverage Hub service catalogue.

What will make you successful

  • University Degree level education or equivalent

  • Extensive experience in the domain of managing benefits processes with sound operational know-how

  • More than 5 years of successful managerial experience

  • Deep expertise in 1 or more benefits areas (pension, medical or total well-being)

  • Previous experience in driving optimization & long integration projects through strong financial understanding

  • Great ability to influence without authority and to build strong professional relationships

  • Worked within a matrix environment achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating at all levels in the organization

  • Proven project management experience inclusive of global change management

  • Can do attitude, hands on professional, eager to learn, contribute and grow

  • Excellent communication skills at C-Suite level

  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

  • Team player mindset - ability to work as part of a multifunctional team

  • Fluency in English
